Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Appointments must be paid for in advance. Cancellations or requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations and missed appointments are non-refundable. If The Weight Clinic cancels an appointment, patients may reschedule or receive a full refund.
